Please write in English or Chinese, and include the web address (URL) of the page you are asking about if your message concerns a specific answer — it helps us find and fix things much faster. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days; corrections to an existing page are usually reviewed and published first.

A few things we cannot do by email: we cannot diagnose your cat, comment on test results, or give individual veterinary advice, and we cannot recommend or supply medication. If your cat is unwell — especially if it is not eating, is struggling to breathe, is vomiting repeatedly or seems to be in pain — please contact your veterinarian or an out-of-hours emergency animal hospital right away rather than waiting for our reply.
